Gregory Dean Lore, 58, of Sciotoville, died Monday, July 22, 2024, at home. Born on October 28, 1965, in Portsmouth, he was the son of the late Darrel and Wanda Phillips Lore.
A 1984 graduate of Minford High School, he was formerly employed in the finishing department at OSCO and was co-owner of Colonial Florist.
Also preceding him in death was a grandson, Maddox Michael Lore.
Surviving is his wife, Lana McClellan Lore, two sons, Tyler Lore of Cincinnati and Brandon (Kelli) Lore of Minford; two brothers, Kevin Lore of Portsmouth and Tony (Nicol) Lore of Clarktown; a sister, Vicki Blackburn of Wheelersburg; two special granddaughters, Braelyn Lore and Mila Lore, with whom he had a special relationship as “Pappy”; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service of remembrance will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 27th, at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE. The interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
The family will receive guests at Brant’s from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
