Officers responded to Vinton Avenue after a Jeep crashed into a parked car on Vinton Avenue. Multiple people in the Jeep took off on foot.

However, officers caught up with one of the men and took him into custody. Police contacted Homeland Security regarding Leon Fabian to see if the agency wanted to put an immigration holder on him. The agency said they would only put a holder if he were convicted of a crime.
Officers booked Leon into the Scioto County Jail for disorderly conduct, failing to stop after an accident, and falsification.
