Nancy Elizabeth Westfall Harr, 77, of Portsmouth, OH, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. She was born in Raceland, KY, a daughter of the late Lena Elizabeth Westfall.
Along with her mother, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Alonzo “Bunny” Westfall and infant John Wayne Westfall.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Philip Harr, one daughter, Rhonda (Greg) Bentley of South Shore, KY; two grandchildren, Nathan (Amber) Bentley and Reese (Keri) Bentley; three great-grandchildren, Kaiden Temple, Calli Bentley, Raelynn Bentley, and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services will be at 11 A.M. Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, with Paul Gibson officiating. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. and from 10 A.M. until the service hour on Saturday.
