Jack Holbrook Jr., 52, of Rosemount, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 23, 2024.
Jack was born on September 24, 1971, in Columbus, Ohio, to Jack Holbrook Sr. and Roxanna (Yates) Redoutey.
He was a beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Jack attended Westfall High School, Valley High School, and Shawnee State University. He was a skilled mechanic, carpenter, and maintenance technician, and could fix anything. Throughout his life, he enjoyed fishing, metal detecting, dirtbike riding, hunting, antiques, his home, his family, and his chickens.
During his time here, Jack gained a faithful relationship with the Lord and enjoyed serving Him at Portsmouth Baptist Church. He would often invite family and friends to church, so that they too could enjoy the happiness that he found.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his cherished wife of 32 years, Sherry (Fisher) Holbrook and their three treasured children, Hannah (Doug) Clifford, Kaylyn (David) Musser, and Jack Holbrook III. Also, surviving are his four adored grandchildren: Cole, Carter, McKenna, and Macie. Jack was also an endearing brother to Jill (David) Gampp and Waylon Holbrook. He was loved by so many nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2024, at McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville, Ohio, officiated by his beloved friend and pastor, Mike Phillips and an admired family friend, Mike Musser.
