Lois Ann Evans, 65, of Peebles, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026 at Monarch Meadows Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born on January 29, 1961 in Portsmouth to the late Ernest Evans and Catherin Welch Evans. Surviving are her significant other of 45 years, Eddie Tackett of Peebles; siblings, Marvin Evans of Peebles, Larry Evans of Mt. Orab, Geneva (Wayne) Hall of Wheelersburg and Doris (David) Sissel of Portsmouth.
In addition to her parents, Lois is preceded in death by her siblings; Bobby Evans, Chester Evans and Judy Scott.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Puckett Cemetery in McDermott. Arrangements have been entrusted to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway.
