Just before 3 am, police responded to Wayne Hills for a report of someone maced by a woman in a Thomas Avenue Apartment.
When officers arrived on the scene, they told the woman to collect her things and leave since she was shown on the barred list from the property.
However, they did not arrest the woman for trespassing as they had two conflicting lists of individuals barred from the property. She woman complied with their order.
Woman Reports Man Following Her With Gun
Just after midnight, a woman contacted police to say there was a man in a blue pickup following her on Gallia Street. Additionally, the woman said the man had a gun.
Two units immediately responded to the 2900 block of Gallia Street. Unfortunately, officers could not locate the woman and did not see the pickup.
Police checked the area and did find a pickup truck parked near a storage unit near Subway, but they saw nothing suspicious.
