A man ended up behind bars after a potentially dangerous incident at Gallia and Mabert Road in the early morning hours of Saturday.
A citizen flagged down an officer and told them a driver was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at the light.
An officer managed to put the running vehicle in park and take the keys. When Travis Wolfenbarker woke up, officers placed him in custody for having control of a motor vehicle while under the influence. Police arranged to have the vehicle towed and booked Wolfenbarker into the Scioto County Jail.
