A man ended up in the county jail after flipping out in front of his kids and in front of cops. Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence incident just before 10 pm and found a shaky woman standing outside a home on Township Road 1128.
The woman said the disagreement was all verbal, and the officer went inside to talk to the male half. The woman later started crying and said the man threatened to punch her in front of their children. She said he was angry because the kids took her side in an argument and flipped a table.
When an officer tried to arrest him, he tensed up and wouldn’t move his arms to be cuffed. He soon calmed down and allowed the officer to cuff him, but then refused to get into the police cruiser.
The man began cussing and screaming and demanding to speak to the deputy’s supervisor. The officer managed to get him into the vehicle and transport him to the Lawrence County Jail.
