Officers responded to a really strange call at the Gallia Street McDonald’s just after midnight. A witness reported a man was hanging out of a blue car with the door open.
When police arrived on the scene to investigate, they found an unusual scene. They said it appeared the man had fallen asleep while urinating in his car.

Officers said they did not smell any intoxicants, and the driver did not appear to be impaired. They allowed him to leave the scene and noted that he seemed to be driving just fine.
Two hours later, a caller reported a man slumped over in the alley near the old Party Connection Building. He told officers he was just taking a break from walking. They said he did not appear to be intoxicated.
