Man Revived With 5 Doses of Narcan
A troubled man is lucky to be alive after bystanders sprung into action to save him after a suspected overdose.

Callers contacted 911 at 12:47 am to report a man lying unresponsive on the grass on Adams Street. They said he was not breathing and they believed he had overdosed.
By the time EMS and PPD arrived on the scene, he was gone. Bystanders said they had administered five doses of Narcan to the man and managed to revive him. They said the guy got up and walked away before officers and EMS could speak to him.
