The owner of a trailer was ready to take some drastic steps to get an unwanted tenant to hurry up and move out.
The woman contacted officers at 9:30 am to say the trailer owner she was renting from sold the property, and the new owner was insisting she leave. She said the man turned off the electricity and said he would burn the trailer down if she didn’t move.

Deputies spoke to the woman and were able to obtain a piece of mail addressed to her at the trailer. They spoke to the new owner and explained that if the woman refused to move out, he would have to evict her from the property.
The new owner denied making threats to burn down the trailer.
