A drug raid on a Pike County trailer turned up quite a haul of illegal items on Thursday.
Portsmouth SWAT led the raid on the shabby single-wide located on Waldron Road in Pike County. They were joined by fellow members of the Southern Ohio Organized and Major Crimes Taskforce, which includes PPD, NBPD, The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office, the Pike County Sheriff’s Office, and the Scioto and Pike County Prosecutor’s Office.
Officers hit the home in the wee hours of the morning and discovered large amounts of meth that were already packaged for sale along with prescription pills, cash, a digital scale, and a firearm.

Officers arrested repeat offender Tilden Thompson, 50, on charges of having a weapon under a disability, though he could face further charges after the Pike County Grand Jury meets.
Thompson had previously been booked into the Scioto County jails on charges of felonious assault, aggravated menacing, OVI, disorderly conduct, and non-support.
Back in 2022, Pike County Deputies seized over $5,000 worth of counterfeit currency after Thompon allegedly tried to pass fake bills at the Southbound Flea Market.
