Michelle Fuentes, 15, of West Portsmouth, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024, at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2024, at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston, where friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
