Mom Leaves Kids at Babysitter – Never Comes Back
A woman called the police at 10:39 am to report a sad situation involving some kids. She said she agreed to babysit her niece’s children the previous day for a couple of hours, but the woman had never returned to pick them up.
The aunt said she’d called and texted but received no answers. A deputy contacted CPS and then headed out to the parents’ address to attempt to contact them.
However, there was no answer at their home.
Woman Arrested For DUI After Gallia Street Crash
Portsmouth Police Officers arrested a woman after a crash at Gallia and Waller just before 8 pm.
Officers took the woman into custody and called for a tow truck. An officer then transported the driver to the OSP Post for a sobriety test.
Police then charged her with driving under the influence and booked her into the Scioto County Jail.
