A bizarre late-night call in Wheelersburg sent deputies and state troopers searching for a possible crash scene that no one could find.
Officers were called to Kroger after reports of a confused and erratic woman in the parking lot.
According to dispatch traffic, the caller said the woman claimed she had:
- Wrecked somewhere nearby
- Driven through yards and mailboxes
- Caused property damage
- But could not remember where the crash actually happened
🚨 POSSIBLE HEAD INJURY REPORTED
The caller also reported the woman appeared extremely confused and showed possible signs of a concussion or head trauma.
Dispatchers contacted the Ohio State Highway Patrol while local officers began searching roads around Wheelersburg for signs of a crash.
