The opening ceremony will kick off with a ribbon-cutting celebration at the Cardinal Gate, starting at 10 a.m. The dignitaries will join forces to cut the ribbon and open the gates, welcoming visitors from across the state to this beloved annual tradition.
Following the ribbon-cutting, Governor DeWine and Lt. Governor Husted will embark on a tour of the fairgrounds, immersing themselves in the various attractions and exhibits. Their first stop will be at the Lausche Building, where they will experience a thrilling simulated rocket launch at COSI’s new Space Heartland exhibit.
