Officers headed to the Taco Bell in Wheelersburg after callers reported an apparently drunk man yelling and screaming at customers.
Officers caught up with the man at the Marathon Station next door and requested that OSP come out for a sobriety test, but no troopers were available.
Deputies arranged for a family member to pick the man up, and the gas station said it would allow him to park his car there for the night.
