Officers and EMS responded to McDonald’s after a report of an unresponsive woman in a vehicle at the Gallia Street restaurant.

When officers arrived at the scene, they took Claudia Hemphill into custody and arranged to have her vehicle towed.
Police booked Hempill into the Scioto County Jail for probation violation and having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence.
