A Findlay Manor resident contacted PPD just before 1 am to complain that someone had set a pit bull loose on the first floor, and the dog was preventing them from getting to their apartment.

The caller said the owner was not a resident but did sometimes stay over at a resident’s apartment. The woman and her dog were gone by the time officers arrived.
Police advised the resident to contact PMHA management to file a complaint.
