Officers responded to multiple overdose calls during the evening, though there weren’t as many calls as there have been recently.
At 8:40 p.m., a caller reported an unresponsive woman behind a house on Franklin Avenue. However, by the time officers and medics arrived, she was alert again. She refused medical treatment.
Around 2 a.m., officers headed to Kent Street for a report of an overdosed man not breathing. They were able to revive him with Narcan. The man refused further medical treatment from EMA.
