A pregnant woman went into the Super Quik on the Scioto Trail and told employees a man she hit in a car accident started to choke her.
When officers arrived on the scene, they noted damage to the vehicle. The woman refused medical treatment and was not able to provide proof of insurance.
Officers got video from the store and took information for a crash report.
