Demolition Notification – Scioto County, OH

The Scioto County Land Reutilization Corporation (SCLRC) will oversee the demolition of 12 residential properties, grouped into two sets of six, located throughout Scioto County, Ohio. All structures have been tested for asbestos and have been confirmed negative.

Qualified contractors may submit project-related questions by Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Bids must be submitted electronically no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday, May 23, 2025. The contract is expected to be awarded on Friday, May 30, 2025.
