Sandra Melvin, 74, of South Shore, KY, passed away on Jan. 29, 2021, in SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in South Shore, KY, Nov. 28, 1946, a daughter of the late Robert Taylor and Ernestine Warnock Taylor.
Preceded in death besides her parents are her husband, Larry Melvin, and a grandson, Tony Whitt Jr.
Surviving are three daughters, Pam (Jerry) Horton of McDermott, Ohio, Tina (Tony) Whitt of Portsmouth, Ohio, and Vickie Melvin of South Shore, Kentucky, five grandchildren, Kristina Horton, Julia Huffman, Tabbie Whitt, Devin Melvin, and Dakota Melvin, one great-grandchild, Emerson Blanton.
