A frightened woman contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office after a man began leaving strange gifts on her car including gift cards, a shirt, and a note asking her to call him.
Officers left a voicemail for the man and advised him the woman did not want any further contact with him and that he should stay away from her property or face arrest.
They also explained to the woman how to file an anti-stalking order.
