Officers received multiple overnight reports of strangers looking into windows.
The first call came in at 4 am. A man told officers his wife was home alone, and someone was banging on the bedroom windows of their Glen Avenue home.
When officers responded to the area, other neighbors said the same thing happened to them. However, officers could not locate the suspect.
Baird Avenue residents reported a similar incident just before 6 am. They reported that two men were looking through windows and doors of homes.
Neighbors Say Suspicious Man Took Photos of Kids
Concerned Robinson Avenue callers contacted officers just after 2 pm to report a neighbor was taking photos of their kids playing outside.
They said the neighbor talks to himself all of the time and they were afraid to approach him. Officers spoke to the man and determined he was dealing with mental illness.
Police advised him to stay off the neighbor’s property.
