Just after 2:30 pm, a caller reported a tattooed man passed out in the alley behind a home on Logan Street.
When officers arrived on the scene, they took the extremely intoxicated man to the Scioto County Jail. However, the jail wouldn’t take him because he was too drunk.
Officers sent for an ambulance, and medics transported the man to SOMC for treatment. Since offices never managed to identify the man, no charges were filed.
