Police arrested two women after a caller reported an assault at Kroger on Gay Street. The caller said two women attacked her and stole her phone.

Police caught Abigail and Summer Armstrong on 4th Street and took them both into custody.
After questioning the pair at the police station, officers charged them with robbery and booked them into the Scioto County Jail.
