During its latest session, the Scioto County Grand Jury returned indictments against two West Portsmouth residents who are no strangers to the law.
Michelle Howard, 43, faces charges of having weapons under a disability, aggravated drug trafficking, aggravated possession of drugs, and possessing drug abuse instruments.

Also indicted was 44-year-old Randall Ward, who also faces charges of having weapons under a disability, aggravated drug trafficking, aggravated possession of drugs, and possessing drug abuse instruments.
Howard is currently on probation for drug charges, and Ward has a long arrest record, including felonious assault, drug possession, conspiracy, and failure to comply.
