Officers arrested a Wheelersburg man after a report of a domestic violence incident. Around 8 pm, a caller told 9-1-1 that her father had just laid hands on her mother. Dispatch heard screaming, and then the caller hung up.
When police arrived at the home, the mother was unsure of where the father went. Police searched the area and didn’t have luck finding him at first.
However, someone spotted a man running through a yard, and officers found a Yeti cup like the one the suspect reportedly had in hand lying in a field.

Officers caught up with Zachary Scior about 20 minutes later and took him into custody for domestic violence.
