Shoplifters were on a roll in Wheelersburg over the weekend with deputies responding to multiple reports.

Just before 4 pm, a shoplifter fled the Wheelersburg Kroger with a buddy full of merchandise. The store caught video of the incident on tape but wasn’t sure what type of vehicle the crooks left in.
Three hours later, shoplifters hit the nearby Dollar Tree. Once again, they loaded up a shopping cart with goods and took off without paying. This time witnesses said they left in a black car.
