A 4-vehicle crash closed down the Grant Bridge and an alleged molester targets their victim on Facebook. We hit the highlights of the Portsmouth Police Chief’s Daily Briefing

Meanwhile on Mabert Road

Just before 9 am, officers responded to a report of people fighting in the 1600 block of Mabert Road. Police took a man into custody and also discovered he had an open warrant for theft charges.

Suspicious Activity

Officers responded to the BP on Gallia Street for a report of a locked semi in the parking lot with the engine running for 3 days.  People had knocked on the door but couldn’t get an answer. It turned out the driver was in the hospital with COVID but had to leave the truck running due to the cargo.
