An upset aunt called Portsmouth Police just after noon to report some shady activity from her niece. She told officers the niece was stealing her dad blind and that she wanted the woman removed from the house.
When officers arrived on the scene, they took Tonya Cook into custody on charges of criminal trespass and booked her into the Scioto County Jail.
