Officers responded to Frank & Steins Lounge after a report that a man assaulted a woman in the bar. Dispatch also sent an ambulance to the scene.

When officers arrived, the woman said she had instigated the fight by making the man angry.
The man told officers he did push the woman in an attempt to get her away from him. The woman told police that nothing happened. She’d only had a panic attack and did not want to press any charges.
