A woman with a deep distaste for police was not happy when they showed up to check on her wellbeing just after 5 pm.
The woman’s mother called 911 after she received her daughter sent her a special emergency code via text. She said the woman’s phone was showing an address on Summit Street, but the location on the phone was now shut off, and there was no answer at the door.
Officers found the daughter in the backyard of the house next door. She seemed okay but refused to speak with officers other than expressing that she deeply does not like Portsmouth Police.
