Tuesday Bostwick had a very important hearing in Scioto County Common Pleas Court back in August concerning some serious charges including trafficking in fentanyl and having weapons under a disability; however, she failed to show up and a bench warrant was issued.
Now, she’s facing indictment on even more charges after the latest session of the Scioto County Grand Jury.
It issued indictments for failure to comply with a police officer, vandalism, misdemeanor theft, criminal damaging, conveying drugs into a governmental facility, drug possession, and failure to appear in court.
Bostwick was arrested back in March of 2022 for trafficking in fentanyl and has previous arrests for breaking and entering, probation violation, contempt, disorderly conduct, and driving under a suspension.
