52 Scioto County Indictments. Shane A. Tieman, Scioto County Prosecutor announced the Scioto County Grand Jury has resumed. Due to the COVID pandemic, the January term of the Grand Jury was suspended until May 29th. They have met three times to move through the charges that have piled up.
