A Hospital Not A Taxi

  • SOMC called PPD to report a man who kept calling and making threats. Security at the hospital was pretty sure the threats were just all talk but they wanted police to know.
  • An officer spoke to the man on the phone. He was apparently demanding a ride to Cincinnati. The officer advised him that SOMC is a hospital, not a taxi service.
  • The man kept calling 911 about the matter. Around 1:15 am, checked and saw that he had a warrant. Eventually, the hospital decided to admit the man.
