Dead Body Discovered at Portsmouth Ice Cream Store
At 9:32 Tuesday morning, a 911 caller advised of a possible dead body on the property of The Malt Shop in Portsmouth Ohio.
Portsmouth EMS, several officers, and a detective arrived on the scene within minutes.
It was soon confirmed that there was a person deceased on the property. The Scioto County Coroner was notified.
The scene remains active as this story is breaking now.
A full investigation is underway.

Since this article was first published, the identity of the person has been released by the Portsmouth Police Department.
32-year old Thomas Lusk of Portsmouth was transported for an autopsy.
