Officers said the women agreed to leave and were left in the custody of their children. However, about an hour later, an employee reported that the women had returned. When police checked in, a woman said she was waiting on a ride.
  • At 9:46 pm, a caller reported a man yelling and screaming in Tracy Park. Police spoke with a man whom they’ve arrested close to 50 times for disorderly conduct and warned him to be quiet.

Child In Danger

A citizen flagged won an officer to Thomas Avenue to report a woman beating a child at a Thomas Avenue apartment earlier in the day.
Officers knocked on both the front and back door of the apartment but no one answered. They observed nothing suspicious outside the building and felt they had no reason to enter the residence. They told the witness to call them again if they see anything.
