Jessica Darlene Hicks, 39 of Wheelersburg, formerly of West Portsmouth, died Sunday, July 10, 2022. She was born March 6, 1983, in Portsmouth to Larry (Rita) Riepenhoff and Judy (Mike) Covert Coldiron.
Along with her parents, Jess is survived by a son Devon Gabrille Hicks, 2 brothers: Dustin Wise and Tommy Bell, a half-brother, Larry David Riepenhoff II, sisters: Teri Scott and Kristy Wise, 2 nieces: Emmerie and Abigail and 3 nephews: Ethan, Gavin, and Kayden.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, July 14, 2022, at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Chaz Horsley officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday and one hour prior to the services on Thursday.
