Most of us know there’s very little point in resisting arrest. You’ll just end up in a heck of a lot more trouble than you were in the first place, and maybe with an injury or two.
One suspect learned this the hard way after an incident at the Super Quick on the Scioto Trail. Just before 9 pm, a witness reported that a man was smoking something in a vehicle at the pump and appeared to be high as a kite.
When officers arrived on the scene, they took the man into custody, and according to the police log, he proceeded to flip out.
The man attempted to damage the police cruiser and ended up in shackles and requiring an eye wash once he got to the Scioto County Jail.
Officers arranged for his vehicle to be towed.
