Portsmouth arrests Scioto County Mugshots Busted

All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Ms. Rotkiske was arrested on October 6th by the U. S. Marshals Service. She’s been charged with failure to appear. 

Triston Jordan 

Mr. Jordan was arrested on October 6th by the Portsmouth Police Department. He’s been charged with O. V. I. 

James Miller

Mr. Miller was arrested on October 6th by the U. S. Marshals Service. He’s been charged with failure to appear and possession of drugs.

Richard Montoya

Mr. Montoya was arrested on October 6th by the U. S. Marshals Service. He’s been charged with possession of drugs.

Tina Groves

Ms. Groves was arrested on October 6th by the Probation Department. She’s been charged with theft and failure to appear.

Brian Ballein

Mr. Ballein was arrested on October 6th by the Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with criminal damaging and a parole violation.

Mr. Adkins was arrested on October 9th by the Pike County Sheriff’s Department. He’s been charged with domestic violence.

Ms. Albright was arrested on October 9th by the Sheriff’s Department. She’s been charged with contempt of court. Violating a court directive.
