Child Discovers Man Passed Out in Car
A child on the way to catch the school bus made a frightening discovery on Friday morning. The child’s parents called the police just before 7 pm to say they had discovered an overdosed man in a vehicle parked in their driveway.
When officers arrived at the scene, the man said that he’d parked there because he had been drinking, and someone was on the way to pick him up.
The man’s wife and father arrived shortly after to take him and his vehicle home.
Cows Run Wild on Roy Rogers Road
Just before 10 am, a woman contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office to report that there were cows in her yard.
