Just after 2:30 pm, Portsmouth Police responded to Wayne Hills for a report of a fight with a knife involved. The caller said the parent of one of the combatants managed to get the knife away.
When officers arrived, they discovered a juvenile with special needs had thrown the first punch. However, the victim declined to press charges, and no one wanted to file a police report.
Officers were called back to Wayne Hills at 8:30 pm for a report of two women arguing over medication. One woman claimed another stole her meds. Officers gave her a theft of medication form to fill out.
An hour later, officers were back at the same apartment for an argument between a man and a woman. However, the woman split before the police arrived.
