Officers arrested a man and woman for child endangerment after a traffic stop on Kinneys Lane just before noon.
Police took Jean and Michael Hall into custody on charges of endangering children.
Hall was also cited for driving with a suspended license and expired plates. Police arranged to have the vehicle towed.

A warrant was originally issued for the pair on child endangerment back on June 20th.
The pair posted bail after an arraignment. They are due in court for a pretrial hearing on August 12.
