Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies headed to a Wheelersburg car wash just after 5 pm after witnesses reported some suspicious activity.
They said a man and woman had set up shop in a truck and kept trying to sell items to people passing by. The pair had clothing and other items for sale.

Witnesses said the couple told them they’d just gotten out of a rehab facility and planned to keep setting up shop at businesses until they were told to move along.
Officers spoke to the pair, and they said they would call for a ride and go to The Counseling Center.
