Sidewalk Sleepers Bed Down Around Town
Just before 10 pm, officers were called to the laundry room at Findlay Manor for a report of two people sleeping in the laundry room.
The pair overheard a caller reporting them and left before officers arrived. Police advised tenants to call back if they returned.
At 10 pm, a caller reported a man passed out in the entryway of the Washington Apartments on 11th Street. Officers advised the man to leave, and he complied.
Police responded to the laundry room of a Kent Street apartment building after witnesses reported a man sleeping in the laundry room. Offices spoke to the man, and he left the area.
AT 2:30 pm, a caller reported a domestic at the homeless camp at 3rd and Madison. When police arrived on the scene, they learned it was a verbal argument. They advised the parties to quiet down.
Fifteen minutes later, they were called back to the scene for a report of more arguing. However, the pair had left the scene by the time officers arrived.
