The suspicious person who lied his way into the Hill View Retirement Center by pretending to be with OSHA made a return appearance at the facility early Friday morning.
Just hours after police said they had identified the man and confirmed he was up to no good, employees reported he was spotted in the front parking lot again.
Portsmouth Police did not elaborate on what being up to no good entailed, nor did they publicly identify the man in the images they released.
