Portsmouth Police responded to the 1400 block of 6th Street after witnesses reported a large group of people arguing around 12:40 am.
Officers took a juvenile and an adult into custody. They transported both to the police station and contacted the Juvenile Court regarding the minor. Officers released the underage suspect to their guardian.
