A Cityview Avenue caller contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office just before 7 pm to report someone stole her three dogs, a golden retriever, a golden doodle, and a bull mastiff. She said her nephew let them out in the yard but when he returned to let them in, they were gone.

She called back six minutes later to say, she had retrieved all of the dogs and that she believed the person who stole them must have let them go. All three dogs were fine.
